Hooray! Important Maintenance days are back for 2026.

Maintenance days are starting again in March. Maintenance days where the Management Committee welcome plot holders to offer a some time to help maintain the site. If each plot holder was able to attend just one of our sessions per year, the Management Committee would be able to accomplish much more and complete many other tasks.

Maintenance days consist of tasks such as grass cutting, pruning, hedge trimming, etc. Some sessions may be for specific projects, i.e. community plots, and information for these would be given in advance.

Without maintenance days, the site could fall into disarray and become an ugly, overgrown mess, as well as very hazardous. This could then cause our land owners to reject our use of the site.

Please take note of the dates posted below and if you are able to attend one of these, please contact Rob Fuller (East) or Tony Hill (West). Further updates for each date shown will be posted on the Facebook group and via WhatsApp. If you would like to join the WhatsApp group please contact Rob Fuller or contact us here.
